Job Description

Responsibilities:-

cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;
acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
relationship building;
researching the market and related services;
presenting the service favourably and in a structured professional way face-to-face;
challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy;
negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet and exceed targets;
gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements;
making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;
attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues;

Skills:-

You will need to have:

the ability and desire to sell;
excellent spoken english and communication skills;
a positive, confident and determined approach;
resilience and the ability to cope with rejection;
a high degree of self-motivation and ambition;
the skills to work both independently and as part of a team;
the capability to flourish in a competitive environment;
Sales executives are generally expected to look professional and smart, particularly when liaising with clients;

Qualification and experience:-

graduate(BBA only), post-graduate(MBA only and preference will be given to mba in sales and marketing).
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Salary:-

ctc:- 15000 to 30000 pm + commissions.
Work on a commission-only basis is also available, which means working without a basic salary and having an income based entirely on sales.

Its a field job, so you need to have a valid driving licence and your own motorcycle.
